Where the offers live

Every card carries its type badges, the headline figure, a running time and two buttons: More Info, which opens that offer's own terms, and Share. A third button, Apply, appears on campaigns that accept an application. No Apply button does not necessarily mean automatic payment: the instant rebate uses a separate Claim All control.
Read the offer before you claim it
The headline is the smallest part of an offer. More Info opens the offer's own table: the deposit tier, the bonus rate, the maximum, the turnover multiple and the promo code at the end of the row. Two examples from that table - the 150% slot welcome bonus runs 50% on the first deposit and 100% on the second, turnover x3, code 0050; the 200% daily super bonus pays 20% up to ten times a day, turnover x5, code 1200.
Check the offer you actually want before you deposit: money already in the account usually cannot be attached to an offer afterwards.
The four families, and how each one is claimed
Welcome, daily, rebate and VIP or referral offers use different claim methods. Availability changes, and an archived offer is not a current entitlement. Check its dates and terms first.

Check both the destination wallet and the wagering requirement for the exact offer. Transfer-code bonuses require the qualifying transfer; other rewards follow their own claim process. The weekly rebate has x3 turnover on the rebate credit, so rebates must not all be treated as turnover-free.
Where Apply actually takes you
Apply does not always mean the same thing, and that is worth knowing before you wonder why one card behaves differently from the next. Most campaigns redirect straight into the deposit and transfer flow, which is the route the example card below uses. Others go through customer service: the VIP supreme cashback and the 3% weekly rebate are requested through live chat - the rebate asks for your name, phone number and a remark - and the daily rescue bonus is released to the game wallet automatically after 13:00 for qualifying losses. The birthday bonus uses a short on-page form instead.
Some rewards have a separate collection step. For the instant rebate, open the rebate panel and use Claim All after reaching MYR 2. For the 7-day check-in challenge and referral rewards, follow the claim instructions and check the reward history in your account.
Select a deposit-bonus code before confirming the transfer
A deposit lands in the main wallet, and the lobby plays from a game wallet, so the credit has to be moved across on the Transfer page. That screen is where the bonus is attached: the offer's own instructions say to select the [Promo Code] from the promo code dropdown menu during transferring credit to game wallet.
Two details make it work. The full deposit amount has to be transferred - a MYR 100 deposit needs a MYR 100 transfer - and the code has to be picked in that dropdown while the transfer is being made, not afterwards. The bonus is credited to the same game wallet once the transfer succeeds.
Which games count toward the turnover
Every offer names the providers it counts and the ones it excludes. The 150% slot welcome bonus, for instance, covers all slot providers except Mega888, 918Kiss, Pussy888 and Pragmatic Play - those four sit in a separate daily bonus with its own x5 turnover. Live casino offers typically exclude particular studios from one side of the campaign. Play outside the list and the turnover simply does not move.
The order that works: pick the code while transferring, play the qualifying games, then check the remaining turnover in your account before you plan a withdrawal.
When the bonus becomes withdrawable
Bonus credit is not cash. Expiry and turnover come from the offer, not from a house rule: the 150% welcome bonus is valid thirty days and clears at x3, the 200% daily super bonus is valid seven days and clears at x5 with a MYR 5,000 maximum withdrawal. The Payday campaign caps payouts at MYR 3,000, and the deposit itself still carries one time turnover before any withdrawal.

Worked example: the 150% slot welcome bonus
The arithmetic is easier with real numbers. A first deposit of MYR 100 at the 50% tier produces a MYR 50 bonus, and the target is (100 + 50) x 3 = MYR 450 of play before anything leaves. The same MYR 100 on the second-deposit tier at 100% produces a MYR 100 bonus and a target of (100 + 100) x 3 = MYR 600.
The daily super bonus works the same way at a steeper multiplier: MYR 100 in, a 20% bonus of MYR 20, and a x5 target of (100 + 20) x 5 = MYR 600 - with claims repeatable up to ten times a day and a MYR 5,000 cap on what that campaign can pay out.
Both examples assume the whole deposit is transferred, and both exclude Mega888, 918Kiss, Pussy888 and Pragmatic Play, which run on their own daily campaign instead.
Five checks before you claim
- The deposit matches the tier. Each offer names the amount that qualifies - MYR 50 for the welcome ladder, MYR 100 for the daily super bonus.
- The code is known before the transfer. It sits at the end of the offer row, and it is picked from the dropdown on the Transfer screen.
- The full deposit is transferred. A partial transfer does not trigger the bonus on the deposit-based campaigns.
- The games you plan to play are eligible. Check the excluded providers before you set your session up.
